Compassion Practices for Christians: The Teachings of Pema Chodron
This series of evening retreats introduce
the meditation practices of Tonglin and Maitri, both of which encourage the
development of compassion. These practices have been taught in North America
by Pema Chodron and we will be using her books and tapes as we explore these
practices from a Christian perspective.
